Build-up and Breakdown procedures

To limit the amount of vehicles to site we strongly recommend using the services of our official contractors.

To further assist with limiting vehicles to site L-T-D can be contracted to make your on-site deliveries, they can collect from your offices on a day which they are in your area, alternatively you can arrange for good to be sent to them directly. Contact dom@l-t-d.co.uk for further details.

Outside of this, ALL vehicles accessing the hall MUST book in on Carbon Voyage. Click here to register and book your slot.

Taxis and couriers dropping off or picking up are not required to book a slot and may come directly into the venue, providing that:
They will take no more than 15 minutes
They do not require access to a forklift
They do not require access into the loading bay; they can unload at the roadside

The access map can be found here - you need to register for the YELLOW / GREEN zone.
