ACCESS AND DELIVERIES
Exhibitors and contractors can access the hall from the following times, Please note halls will close 30 minutes after the event closes to the public and will open at 08:00 each morning for exhibitor re-stocking.

*Breakdown will commence once the hall is clear of all delegates

ELECTRICITY WILL BE CUT TO STANDS HALF AN HOUR AFTER THE SHOW CLOSES TO THE PUBLIC ON EACH OPEN DAY. PLEASE NOTIFY THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHOULD YOU REQUIRE 24HR POWER OR SHOULD YOU NEED POWER AFTER 17:00 ON 1ST MARCH.

EXHIBITORS ARE REMINDED THAT THERE IS NO ACCESS BACK INTO THE HALLS AFTER 21:00 ON THURSDAY 1ST MARCH. EVERYTHING MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU OR COLLECTED BEFORE 21:00 ON 1ST MARCH. ANY ITEMS LEFT WILL BE DEEMED AS RUBBISH AND YOU MAY BE CHARGED
Notes for Exhibitors

Hi-Vis vests must be work during the build up and breakdown process, Exhibitors will need to bring vests with them upon arrival to gain access to the venue. Vests can be purchased on-site.

Stands must be completed with all excess products and materials removed from the hall no later than 20.00 am on Thursday 1st March.

Vehicles will not be able to gain access to the halls during show open hours all deliveries which are made during show open hours will have to be hand carried. Deliveries to the side of the hall will cease 15 minutes before the show opens to the pubic on each open morning.

Exhibitors should take care to ensure that their goods are safeguarded. Particularly during build up and breakdown

A full breakdown schedule will be handed out to all exhibitors on Wednesday 28th February.

STRICTLY NO UNDER 16’S ARE PERMITTED IN THE HALLS OUTSIDE OF THE HALL OPENING TIMES
Delivery & removal of goods

Please arrange items to be delivered to your stand at times when you will be there to receive them as the Organisers and venue staff cannot sign for or take responsibility for deliveries. Deliveries to the side of the hall will cease 15 minutes before the show opens to the public on each open morning.

No goods will be accepted into the venue before the event loading-in date.

Due to Health & Safety regulations delivering goods to stands during the opening hours of the event is not permitted.

Important Procedures for Vehicle Access to the Exhibition
1 – Exhibitors arrive onsite and access the Central Hall via Albion Street, M1 5LN
2- After completing a pass to display in your vehicle you will be directed to the Hall when there is space available for you
3 – When you are ready you will need to move the vehicle to Manchester Central NCP there a discounted rate of just £12 per day for the event. Please use discount code EXHIBMC and book by clicking here - We advise that bookings are made at least 24 hours before arrival.
Please note that Manchester Central NCP has a 1.98m height limit. Manchester Central cannot provide car parking on its immediate premises
Build-Up - All vehicles wishing to unload should follow the points above. All stock and materials should be unloaded as quickly as possible and vehicle removed to the outer car parks. This will help free up space for more vehicles to gain access to the rear of the halls.

Open Period - Any exhibitor restocking is to be done in the morning prior to show open. Once the show is open each day there is a strict no trolleys policy so any deliveries must be hand carried to your stand. There is also no vehicle access once the show is open as all vehicle doors and exits must be kept clear.
​
Breakdown - Will commence once ALL delegates have vacated the hall. Small vehicles will have priority to access the rear of the hall via the Gates once the show has closed. Larger vehicles will be queued on the designated area at the back of the hall. All vehicles will be sent to the loading bays at the side of the building once space becomes available.

The following points must be adhered to during build up / breakdown:

All corridors and Fire Exits are left clear to ensure access is maintained at all times.

Appropriate footwear must be worn – open toes shoes are not permitted during build-up or break-down.

As laid out in the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, under no circumstances are children of 16 and under (including babes in arms and toddlers) allowed in the event during the build-up or breakdown.
