Exhibitors and contractors can access the hall from the following times, Please note halls will close 30 minutes after the event closes to the public and will open at 08:00 each morning for exhibitor re-stocking.

Build-up:

ACCOMMODATION

ALCOHOL

​

We have a strict no alcohol policy for all contractors and exhibitors during build-up.  

​

For alcohol on stands during the live days please note that Manchester Central is the sole supplier of all food and beverages within the venue, although, you may prefer to make your own arrangements. In this case Manchester Central will charge a facility fee of £250 ex VAT per day to enable you to serve food and drink under their license. Details of how to book the facility fee are below contained within the ordering platform below:

Once you have completed your information you will be taken to a page listing a number of our upcoming events. Please select your event from the list.

You will then be asked to enter your stand number.

Once you have signed up to the site, you will then be able to log in with your email address and chosen password to access your account.
