CARPET​

​

There is stand carpet included within shell scheme and pavilion packages. 

​

Stands will be Slate (mid grey)

Aisles will be Pearl (light grey)

 

If you are a space only stand you will need to order your carpet from Creative whose contact details can be found in the Contractors page within this manual or you can order via this form.

​

Only approved venue carpet tape may be used to affix floor covering to the hall floor.  The hall floor must not be stained or damaged in any way; if damage does occur then a penalty will be charged.

CAR PARKING

​

We encourage you to take public transport to the venue but where driving is unavoidable please see parking information below: 

​

Hourly onsite parking charges for visitors to Olympia London. Pre-booking guarantees a place for a flat fee of £30 per day for cars and vans or £52 per day for lorries.*

We strongly recommend that exhibitors and visitors book car parking in advance to avoid disappointment; we cannot guarantee that vehicles without a booking will be accommodated.

 

The car park has a height restriction of 4 metres.

 

It is open from 0700 hours until one hour after the building closes on build-up and breakdown days, and until one hour after the event closes on open days.

CATERING 

​

Without exception, all catering must be supplied by the venue caterers.

CASH POINTS 

​

The nearest cash points to the venue are outside the Post Office at 8-10 North End Road, W14 0SH and outside Sainsbury’s Local on Kensington High Street, W14 8JH (both free).

CHILDREN

​

Children under the age of 16 (including babies and toddlers) are NOT permitted in the hall at any time during build-up or breakdown. The hall is a building site and can be hazardous during these times. This is a requirement of the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and also applies to exhibitors’ children.

 

This ruling is in place to protect children’s safety and no exceptions can be made to this. Nor are they to be left in vehicles in the surrounding areas.

CLEANING

​

The hall is cleaned each evening including basic stand cleaning.  Please reduce rubbish waste where possible and use the recycling facilities wihtin the hall.

 

Any rubbish is to be placed into the aisles at the end of each show day, please ensure that there is no excessive mess within your stand.

 

Please ensure that all stand items and materials are removed at the end of the tenancy.  A charge will be incurred for any items left within the halls.

​

Removal of any abandoned stand-fitting materials, carpet, pallets and excessive waste will be subject to an additional charge.

CLOAKROOM

​

The cloakrooms are open from half an hour before the event opens until half an hour after it closes. A charge per item is payable by customers. Items left in the cloakrooms, after they have closed each day, will be taken initially to the event security office and then handed to the duty manager at the end of the day. They can be collected on production of the correct ticket.

​

COURIERS

​

L-T-D whose contact details can be found on the Contractors page can assist you with getting your stand material to and from the event.  We encourage you to use this facility to reduce the amount of vehicles accessing site.
