PARKING

We encourage you to take public transport to the venue but where driving is unavoidable please see parking information below:

Hourly onsite parking charges for visitors to Olympia London. Pre-booking guarantees a place for a flat fee of £30 per day for cars and vans or £52 per day for lorries.*

We strongly recommend that exhibitors and visitors book car parking in advance to avoid disappointment; we cannot guarantee that vehicles without a booking will be accommodated.

 

The car park has a height restriction of 4 metres.

 

It is open from 0700 hours until one hour after the building closes on build-up and breakdown days, and until one hour after the event closes on open days.

PHOTOCOPYING & PRINTING FACILITIES

Whilst we encourage you to consider your use of printed materials there are limited on-site photocopying and printing facilities available, please visit the Organisers Office with your requirements.

PLATFORMS

​

Open corners of stand floors and platforms should be splayed rounded or angled if not protected by heavy exhibits to avoid a tripping hazard. Consideration should also be given to creating a ramp to allow disabled access.

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

 

The PA system will be in operation during build-up and breakdown and will only be used for Police and Emergency announcements during the exhibition in order not to disturb the seminar sessions.
