FIRST AID​

If you need urgent medical assistance, please tell your an Organiser or member of Security or any venue steward. If possible, give  the location of the casualty and details of any injuries (e.g. bleeding or unconsciousness). A member of the first aid team will come to help.

 

If you need non-urgent medical assistance the First Aid room is located in the Central Foyer to the right of the registration area.

FOOD & DRINK SAMPLING / SALES

Any exhibitors giving away or sampling food or drinks at the show should request permission from the Organisers.  Please contact m.smith@gbmediaevents.com for details. ​

FURNITURE HIRE

​

Shell scheme stands each receive one table and two chairs per stand. 

​

For any further requirements the official furniture contractor for Factories of the Future is Thorns Group their contact details can be found on the contractors page of this manual.

Exhibitors are entitled to bring their own furniture to the event so long as it is fire proof, you are not obliged to use our official contractor.

 

Furniture ordered through Thorns Group will be delivered directly to your stand on arrival and will be removed after the event.
