GANGWAYS

All gangways must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times whilst the show is open to the public. Under no circumstances will any part of your stand, furniture exhibits or displays be allowed to project beyond the boundary of your stand. No doors or windows should open out onto the gangway; night sheets must be tied securely and neatly. Building across the gangway is not permitted.

GAS

Please inform m.smith@gbmediaevents.com if you intend to use compressed gas at your show as there are strict regulations on the usage and storage within the hall and you will need prior approval to bring any compressed gas into the Hall.
